Description
Kilkanna is a fitted Hat with a garter stitch brim. The body of the Hat features a bias eyelet pattern that continues all the way into the crown.

How to
Using Cable Cast-on method, cast on 72 [84, 96] sts.
Join in the round, taking care not to twist the stitches. Place stitch marker to indicate start of round.
Brim
Rnd 1: Purl all sts
Rnd 2: Knit all sts
These 2 rounds form garter stitch in the round.
Repeat these 2 rounds until work measures approximately 1.5 [1.75, 2] in/ 3.75 [4.5, 5] cm
Body
Next Rnd: *yo, k2tog; rpt from * to end
This round forms the bias pattern for the main body.
Repeat this round until the body of the Hat measures approximately 4.25 [4.75, 5.25] in/10.75 [12, 13.25] cm from cast-on edge, with stitch pattern gently stretched to the same width as the brim.
Crown
18in jump to Rnd 5, 20in jump to Rnd 3, and 23in size start at Rnd 1.
